Chakrubs Yoni Egg

How do I use a yoni egg? 

Insert your egg into the vagina slowly, with the larger end first. A water-based lubricant like Bruxa Lubrication of Water can be used if needed. You can do pelvic floor exercises if you want to, but the simple presence of the egg will cause the surrounding muscles to respond and strengthen. When beginning this practice, start with a few minutes at a time, and gradually increase up to 20 minutes. The egg can be used solo at any time, or with a partner during foreplay, oral sex or anal penetration.

How do I remove it? 

Simply squat and 'bear down' to release. You can also used your fingers to assist! The cervix prevents the egg getting lost.
